Luna M600 Ludicrous V2, Our M600 drive units will soon receive new Ludicrous technology! This new controller, which is fully integrated with the Luna X2 bike and shares the same platform as our BBSHD ludicrous v2 controller in a more compact package, is smooth, effective, and adaptable.

This 12 MOSFET controller operates silently and at a high frequency to maximize power density.

Power capacity is maximized via much larger cooling surfaces and high-quality MOSFETs.

Compatible with all M600 drive units

Field Oriented Control (FOC) minimizes losses by making the torque output proportionate to throttle input. While Field Weakening raises the maximum speed, MTPA optimization boosts torque.

This controller is quite dependable at 48V operation with the OEM battery because it is 84V rated for 72V (20s) batteries.

The control board is where all algorithms and safety checks are implemented:

MCU operating at 168MHz with VESC firmware
Overcurrent protection based on hardware
Support for magnetic encoders
Signal conditioning
CANbus and USB

With complete control over the software, we were able to install new problem detection systems, fine-tune the throttle response and PAS assist levels, and internally adjust the torque-based pedal assist to deliver the smoothest pedal assist ever seen. Luna M600 Ludicrous V2, We will increase the existing restrictions and enhance efficiency/range and UI with additional field testing, tuning, and user feedback, just like we did with the bbshd.

VESC Tool App

The open source VESC software platform, to which we are actively contributing, is shared by the M600 and BBSHD.

By using VESC, you can fully understand and manage your drive unit and, most importantly, join a group of enthusiasts who are passionate about maximizing the performance of their electric drives.
