Talaria MX4 & XXX, We are happy to report that our top electric dirt bikes, the Talaria MX4 and XXX, have received official SGS certification! Our unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in electric car technology has led to this milestone.
The Significance of SGS Compliance
One of the strictest safety requirements in the world is adherence to SGS standards. The Talarias underwent thorough testing and analysis by an impartial third-party laboratory, confirming that it satisfies these strict safety requirements. SGS, a well-known testing, inspection, and certification firm that has been approved by OSHA to attest to a product’s UL2849 standard certification, issued the certificate. This compliance applies to the bike as a whole, not just the battery.
Compliance indicates that the MX4 and XXX have undergone extensive testing and validation for electrical safety in a number of subsystems, such as the battery, motor drive, controller, wire harnesses, etc. The charger is also compatible.
A Novel Approach to Electric Dirt Bikes
Although performance was the primary consideration in the design of the Talaria MX4 and XXX, they now serve as a standard for safety as well. This reaffirms our commitment to provide riders with the self-assurance they require, whether they are tackling steep climbs or ripping through difficult trails. With this accomplishment, we continue to push the limits of off-road enjoyment while ensuring that every bike we supply satisfies the strictest safety regulations.

What This Signifies for You
If you are already a Talaria rider, you are aware of the unparalleled power and excitement of our bikes. You can now ride with confidence knowing that the gold standard in product testing is supporting your safety thanks to UL compliance. Now, every Talaria MX4 and XXX that comes off the assembly line will have the SGS mark, which attests to its adherence to the strictest safety regulations.
You can be confident if you own an older MX4 or XXX because the bike was made with UL compliance in mind from the beginning. All of the MX4 and XXX bikes we sold are identical and passed compliance testing, even though the bikes with the SGS brand will begin to arrive at the Luna shop in 2025.

The Road Ahead
Reaching compliance is only the beginning, not the conclusion. The same compliance testing is currently being done on the next-generation MX5; this process should take six to twelve months. We’ll keep coming up with new ideas and making sure that all upcoming models meet the same safety requirements.
We are grateful to all of our clients, both past and present, for joining us. By working together, we’re not only influencing the direction of electric dirt bikes but also making them safer, quicker, and more exciting than ever.
